Does Phil Thompson Properties allow pets?
Yes. We allow pets at most of our properties with a separate Pet Lease Agreement.
Is there a limit on how many pets I can have?
There is a limit of two pets per house
What kind of pets are allowed?
We allow dogs and cats
Are their any pets that are not allowed?
We love all types of pets but unfortunately the insurance companies will not allow the following dog breeds in our homes or on our property: Pit bull, Doberman and Rottweiler.
Do I have to pay extra to have pets?
Yes, you will have to pay a non-refundable fee of $500.00 per pet before move-in and then a $25.00 premium will be added to rent monthly.
What if I have outside pets?
We will still require all pet fees be paid no matter if your pet stays indoors or outdoors.
